This is why we're looking for experienced Player Experience Specialists.
THE ROLE
Many of our players never need to contact us; they can log on to the site, deposit and play without any need for contact. At times however, there are reasons that players need to get in touch. Whether it's a forgotten password, assistance with depositing or one of many other reasons, if a player wants help, we want to assist as quickly as possible. We also have a responsibility to monitor player activity. We have gameplay alerts which trigger interactions with players to ensure they are safe. As the job title suggests, our dedicated Player Experience team are there to ensure our players get the experience they deserve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting our players is the core of this role, and the right person will act as an extension of and ambassador for the Lottomart brand, ensuring that the excellent player experience we’re known for is reflected everywhere.
We’re also looking for someone who’s keen to share and further expand their knowledge on other Operational areas of the business including, but not limited to, the following:

YOUR PROFILE
If you have previous experience in one or more of the above areas within the Gaming Industry, we want to hear from you. You’ll have your own support from our world-class technology platforms and our in-house training team, but you’ll need to bring a proven track record in Customer Service, and you’ll need to demonstrate real confidence in handling live player interactions by phone and in live chats. We’re looking for someone who will always strive to resolve an issue, and who can handle sensitive contacts with confidence.
Lottomart is a fast-moving business, so we’re looking for Player Experience Specialists who can work well under pressure, and who blends excellent organisational and communications skills.
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Shift work: Rolling 4 on 4 off 4 x 12 hours shifts (plus lunch hour) in a 7 day period. eg. 20:00 - 08:00 based on a rolling rota pattern that covers weekends.
- Initial training will take place during day shifts.
- This role is based in our Gibraltar office.
- Proven recent experience within the gaming industry along with relevant Customer Service skills preferable.
